By accessing or using AgentGuard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
You are solely responsible for the actions initiated by the agents you configure. This includes ensuring that 'Custom Instructions' comply with all applicable laws and do not infringe on third-party rights. AgentGuard is a neutral middleware provider.
The Shared Payment Token (SPT) system is designed for secure agentic commerce. Users agree that initiating a payment through an authorized agent is legally binding. You must have sufficient funds and authorization for any transaction facilitated by the platform.
AgentGuard provides the middleware platform 'as is'. We are not liable for errors in third-party AI reasoning, API outages from service providers (Google, Stripe, etc.), or unintended outcomes of agent execution.
